Sweet Potato Sensations in business since December of 1987, is located across the street from Historical Redford Theatre. The owners developed a sweet potato cookie recipe in 1976, to expand her husband’s favorite food choice candied sweet potatoes ( candied yams). After conducting market tests and hundreds of cookie samples, the rest is history.
