Detroit Fiber Works was co-founded by Mandisa Smith & Najma Wilson in September, 2013, as a result of Revolve Detroit's "Avenue of Fashion" revitalization project.

Did You Know: Detroit Fiber Works opened as a result of winning the Revolve Detroit Avenue of Fashion revitalization competition one year ago. At Detroit Fiber Works, which is co-owned by two Detroit born and bred fiber artists, the emphasis is on hand made, one of a kind and local art.

As fiber artists, fiber is our focus, but not our limitation! We offer beautiful, uniquely crafted adornments for body and home in a range of mediums and price points.
