Gildas Club-Metro Detroit

Gilda’s Club Metro Detroit provides a social and emotional support program for men, women, teens and children living with cancer, their families and friends in a nonresidential, home-like setting. There is no cost to participate in our program.

Purpose: TO PROVIDE A PLACE WHERE PEOPLE WITH CANCER AND THEIR FAMILIES CAN JOIN WITH OTHERS TO ACTIVELY INVOLVE THEMSELVES IN BUILDING EFFECTIVE SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT AS A SUPPLEMENT TO REGULAR MEDICAL CARE. FREE OF CHARGE AND INTENDED TO OPERATE ON A NON-PROFIT BASIS
