For Financial Professionals

Give Your Clients the Card That Opens Doors.

Your Concierge Community. Their VIP Access.

Your clients trust you with their financial future. What if you could extend that trust into a curated network of preferred local businesses, services, and experiences? Not as a marketing gimmick, but as a genuine value-add that says: being my client comes with privileges.

The SmallGyfts Concierge Community gives each of your clients a single premium card. They show it at participating businesses you have personally selected to access exclusive discounts, preferred pricing, and curated experiences. It works within FINRA guidelines using our Community Host feature.

One Card. Your Entire Community.

You build the community. You choose the restaurants, the home service providers, the wellness studios, the experiences. Your client carries one card that gives them access to all of it. When they walk into a participating business, they present the card and receive the benefit you have arranged for them.

Your community is open to multiple businesses in the same category. You are not endorsing a single provider over another. You are offering your clients a curated selection of preferred options. This protects your reputation, especially when you have business-owner clients in similar industries. No one feels favored. No one feels excluded. You are the curator, not the endorser.

Optionally, you can offer a small donation that cardholders can direct to a local cause of their choice. A small gesture that gets you positive visibility throughout the community. It is a nice touch, not the centerpiece.

SmallGyfts Concierge Program Flow

Four Card Types

SmallGyfts Four Card Types

SmallGyfts offers four card types. For most financial practices, the Card to Keep is the primary tool. But depending on your practice, you may find creative uses for all four.

Digital Card

Design and send unlimited digital reward cards via email at no cost. This is your starting point — customize cards for any occasion and send them directly to clients. Every digital design can also be ordered as a physical card when you are ready.

Card to Keep

The concierge community card. Your client carries this in their wallet and presents it at participating businesses to access the perks and experiences you have curated. This is the centerpiece of your concierge community.

Card to Save

A service discount card. Use this to offer clients preferred pricing on services from community partners — or as a perk from your own practice for things like financial planning sessions, tax preparation, or consultations.

Card to Give

A face-value card your client can use themselves or share with a friend, family member, or colleague. A natural way to generate referrals without asking for them directly.

Built-In Automation

SmallGyfts CRM Automation

SmallGyfts integrates with your existing tools through Zapier automation. When a triggering event happens in your CRM or other system, a digital card can be sent automatically — no manual steps required.

For example, when a new client signs their financial plan, your system can automatically send a digital concierge card welcoming them to your community. No one on your team has to remember to do it. The card arrives at exactly the right moment.

Automated Follow-Up Sequence

Every digital card sent and every physical card scanned triggers an automated email follow-up sequence. SmallGyfts generates the initial sequence for you, and you control the timing and content of each message.

You control the timing, the content, and whether each email is active. The sequence keeps your practice visible without requiring ongoing manual effort.

Why This Works for Financial Planners

Client Retention

A premium card your clients carry in their wallet is a constant reminder that you provide value beyond portfolio performance. Every time they use it, they think of you.

Prospect Differentiation

When a prospect is choosing between three planners with similar credentials, the one who offers VIP access to a curated community of local perks stands out.

Business Client Engagement

Invite your business-owner clients to join the community as providers. They gain exposure to your other clients, and you deepen both relationships.

Reputation Protection

Multiple businesses per category. You offer curated options, not exclusive endorsements. No client feels favored or excluded.

Perceived Value

A professionally branded card signals exclusivity. Your clients feel like members of something. That feeling keeps them close.

FINRA Compatible

Structured as client appreciation and community engagement. You are not paying for referrals. You are providing a perk to existing clients and prospects.

How It Works

Step 1
You curate the community.

Select a mix of local restaurants, home service providers, wellness businesses, and experiences. Include multiple options per category so you are never seen as favoring one business over another.

Step 2
Invite business clients as providers.

Your business-owner clients can participate as preferred providers in the community, gaining visibility among your other clients while strengthening their relationship with you.

Step 3
Each client receives one premium card.

A professionally branded card they carry in their wallet. They present it at any participating business to access their exclusive benefits.

Step 4
Your brand is on every interaction.

Every time a client presents the card, they are reminded that you made this possible. You are not just managing their portfolio. You are connecting them to their community.

Picture This

A client finishes their annual review. On the way out, you hand them a sharp, professionally branded card. “This is your Concierge Card. It gets you preferred pricing and experiences at about 20 local businesses I’ve personally selected. Restaurants, home services, wellness, a few surprises. Just show the card.”

That Saturday, they use it at a local restaurant and get a complimentary appetizer. The following week, they call an HVAC company from the community and get preferred pricing on a spring tune-up.

At their neighbor’s cookout, they mention it: “My financial planner has this community card. I get perks at like 20 local businesses just for being a client.”

The neighbor’s first thought is not about investments. It’s: “That’s a planner who goes above and beyond.”

You never asked for a referral. The card did the talking.

Your Card, Your Brand

The front of your card is yours to design. Your logo, your colors, your brand identity. You control how it looks when your clients pull it out of their wallet.

Upload your own design using our self-service platform. If you already have brand guidelines and a designer, simply upload the finished artwork and your cards are ready to print.

Work with our design partner for a professionally designed card that reflects the level of service you provide. Our partner can help you develop the right color palette, layout, and branding for your card — so it looks polished and professional when your clients pull it out of their wallet. This is available as an optional add-on for businesses that want a sharp, well-designed card without managing the creative process themselves.

The back of every SmallGyfts card carries a consistent design with a scannable QR code linking to your community page, clear redemption instructions for your clients, and SmallGyfts branding. This ensures a familiar, trustworthy experience for cardholders, especially those who carry cards from multiple SmallGyfts communities.
