Security and parking will need to be in place before I explore any business in the area. A shuttle service (for neighborhood residents only) would be a great idea servicing the surrounding neighborhoods especially on the weekends and/or evening hours. Having drop off/pickup areas in safe central locations of these neighborhoods and the avenue of fashion with a small fee.
