Safety and parking are the #1 and #2 concerns for most folks around here. Additionally, young folks don't want these big o'l barn houses. Older folks like me would like to stick around. We need UPSCALE multi-family housing inclusive of creative parceling into condos of existing houses. I'd be the first to buy. Huntington Woods has responded to this same request from existing older residentscondos in the area.
